You are a sovereign being.
It is my goal to simply remind you of this truth.
A letter from me, to you.
If you catch me in any conversation explaining what lights my soul on fire - you would instantly feel my raw passion for witnessing and celebrating the death and rebirth cycles we as humans are destined to experience.
I've had my fair share of delving into my own "shadow" side, shattering my ego and facing my pain head on. I agreed to feel, everything. The rage, the deep isolation, the hatred, the fear, the sadness, and...the unconditional love. Little did I know these moments of bravery to challenge what I feared the most would lead me down a path of what I desire most - to serve and empower others.
Accredited with a Certification in Life Coaching through SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), Shamanic Reiki, Licensed Gene Keys Guide, Certified Kambo Practioner, and initiated into the Cusco/Q'ero Andean Lineages, I have continued to lean into embodying the medicine that has once assisted me. These tools/medicines have taught me value of integrity and intuition, leading me to hold intimate and honest containers built off of these three beliefs:
1. I am only a gentle guide here to witness you from a place of absolute non-judgement.
2. We are all our own healers and are inherently whole.
3. The most powerful way to heal, is through Acceptance and Unconditional Love for the Self.
In allowing myself to be seen, I have now committed to doing the same for others as my purpose here in this lifetime.
